- About me
I have been climbing for 45 years and have lived in the Lake District since 1983 in order to be close to the mountains. I have climbed consistently…some may say obsessively….. throughout this period, all over the UK, Europe and America. I have done a great deal of trad climbing and in more recent years, rather more sport, and fortunately my enthusiasm never seems to wain. I climb outdoors as much as possible, but in winter really enjoy climbing on plastic, and of course setting.
- Your Setting Experience
I have been voluntarily setting routes as part of a community climbing wall in the Lake District for over 20 years, and feel it is something I can express my creativity with; I regularly receive positive feedback from other wall users and feel I am doing something of benefit to our local community.
